1. Eat out less then 25 meals: No meals out again! 3 total, 22 to go.
2. At least 25 days with a 750+ calorie burn:
Breakfast: oatmeal w/banana, milk & brown sugar = 306 calories
Lunch: strawberries, pineapples & smartfood = 223 calories
Dinner: egg salad wrap = 556 calories
Snacks: mini apple pie ice cream = 190 calories
Totals: 2471 burned - 1275 eaten = 1196 total burned, 4 days total
3. Complete 1500 fitness minutes: I went to step class at the gym with Christina & Joanne. Seriously that class is crazy! I didn't even do half the moves at full capacity because I was so confused and I was still soaked when I left. 210 minutes total.
5. At least 25 days with 30 minutes of house work: I'm finding that 30 minutes is a lot longer then you would think. I started by unloading & reloading the dishwasher then putting things away on the kitchen counter eventually I found my way to the living room where I gathered everything that needed to be upstairs before going up and putting it all away. I spent a little time cleaning up the area around my side of the bed before heading back downstairs. I still had 10 minutes left so I turned on the vacuum. If I keep this up my house will be spotless in no time. Joe even commented on how nice things looked when he got home! 3 days total.
