Goal Progress 5/21

1. Eat out less then 25 meals:  Saturday was a total disaster in the eating out department.  We grabbed breakfast at McDonald's on the way to the heart walk then had lunch at a pizza place with friends.  Plus dinner was a sub tray at Joe's parent's house...  20 meals total.
2. At least 25 days with a 750+ calorie burn:
     Breakfast: egg mcmuffin & orange juice = 450 calories
     Lunch: chicken cheese steak & fries = 710 calories
     Dinner: turkey & roast beef sub pieces w/Doritos & fruit salad = 615 calories
     Snacks: 0 calories
     Totals: 2476 burned - 1775 eaten = 701 total burned, 14 days total
3. Complete 1500 fitness minutes:  We took part in the American Heart Association's walk on the Ocean City boardwalk.  I think it was 5 miles round trip but we also walked back & forth meeting up with friends.  My legs were so tired and that was even before dinner.  873 minutes total.
4. Drink 64oz of water every day:  I'm pretty sure I knocked out 60oz at Joe's parent's house alone.  21 days total.

5. At least 25 days with 30 minutes of house work:  We were barely home for 30 minutes on Saturday.  I didn't go near a sponge or broom.  14 days total.
