1. Eat out less then 25 meals: Saturday was a total disaster in the eating out department. We grabbed breakfast at McDonald's on the way to the heart walk then had lunch at a pizza place with friends. Plus dinner was a sub tray at Joe's parent's house... 20 meals total.2. At least 25 days with a 750+ calorie burn:
Breakfast: egg mcmuffin & orange juice = 450 calories
4. Drink 64oz of water every day: I'm pretty sure I knocked out 60oz at Joe's parent's house alone. 21 days total.
5. At least 25 days with 30 minutes of house work: We were barely home for 30 minutes on Saturday. I didn't go near a sponge or broom. 14 days total.
