Goal Progress 5/18

1. Eat out less then 25 meals:  I made breakfast, lunch & dinner!  15 meals total.

2. At least 25 days with a 750+ calorie burn:
     Breakfast: oatmeal w/banana, milk & brown sugar = 310 calories
     Lunch: greek yogurt, pineapple & smartfood = 314 calories
     Dinner: pork chop, au gratin potatoes & broccoli = 663 calories
     Snacks: small vanilla frozen yogurt cone = 109 calories
     Totals: 2189 burned - 1396 eaten = 793 total burned, 12 days total
3. Complete 1500 fitness minutes:  Joe & I took a 10 mile bike ride after dinner (and stopped for ice cream).  643 minutes total.
 4. Drink 64oz of water every day:  I almost didn't make it, I was still 16 oz short at bed time.  But like a good little overachiever I went downstairs, got a bottle then drank it before I went to sleep...  18 days total.

5. At least 25 days with 30 minutes of house work:  I'm not positive I did exactly 30 minutes but I cleaned the living & kitchen while cooking dinner plus I put new nails on the cats which I think definitely counts.  12 days total.
