Goal Progress 5/14

1. Eat out less then 25 meals:  Joe & I went across the street for breakfast and then I had dinner at the gala (post to come)...that's 2 in one day...  11 meals total.
2. At least 25 days with a 750+ calorie burn:
     Breakfast: whole wheat banana pancakes with sugar free syrup = 452 calories
     Lunch: 0 calories
     Dinner: white wine, strawberry salad, short rib & sea bass, mini desserts = 896 calories
     Snacks: honey wheat pretzels = 110 calories
     Totals: 2114 burned - 1458 eaten = 656 total burned, 10 days total  
3. Complete 1500 fitness minutes:  Angela and I went for a bike ride on Saturday morning.  It was nice to spend some time together as our schedules haven't been matching up lately.  527 minutes total.
4. Drink 64oz of water every day:  I was still low when I got home around 11pm so I made sure to down another 20oz bottle before bed.  14 days total.

5. At least 25 days with 30 minutes of house work:  I took care of a few loads of laundry and straightened up in the afternoon.  9 days total.

  1. Yay bike ride! Can't wait to get back to normal shifts. Then we can do our bike rides during the week since I don't think you'll want to come once I get my new faster tires and the mileage goes to 20+!
