Goal Progress 5/19

1. Eat out less then 25 meals:  Joe asked if I would mind going out to Charlie's for dinner.  Who am I to ruin the man's evening?  16 meals total.
2. At least 25 days with a 750+ calorie burn:
     Breakfast: oatmeal w/banana, milk & brown sugar = 310 calories
     Lunch: greek yogurt, pineapple & smartfood = 314 calories
     Dinner: 3 buffalo tenders & 1/2 a chef salad = 629 calories
     Snacks: jelly beans = 70 calories
     Totals: 2213 burned - 1323 eaten = 890 total burned, 13 days total

3. Complete 1500 fitness minutes:  Joe & I were planning on going for a run or something after work.  Then I talked to Nicole and she said she would be interested in starting C25K!  I'm always game to gain a running buddy so I enthusiastically offered to do it with her.  The 4 of us (Jack came too) spent about 50 minutes walking/jogging about 3 miles.  I can't believe I'm going to say this but I MISSED running, I'm going to need to work it back into the routine.  Hopefully with Nicole, Christina & Brittany jumping on the C25K bandwagon I'll have plenty of people to exercise with!  I really enjoyed myself & was pretty pleased with how easy the workout seemed, when I started back in September those spurts of jogging were absolute torture.  693 minutes total.
 4. Drink 64oz of water every day:  Yet another day where I almost didn't make it.  I had to drink a 1/2 bottle right before bed.  19 days total.

5. At least 25 days with 30 minutes of house work:  Again, not sure I did a full 30 minutes, it's getting harder and harder to find enough to do.  I did bring a bunch of shoes upstairs and put random junk away while I waited for Joe to come home from work though.  13 days total.
