  1. CONGRATULATIONS!!! I've totally stalled out on the weight loss :( No loss in 2 weeks! Trainer suggested upping my calorie intake (I got a fitness assessment and she thinks I eat way to few calories) as well as incorporate a new type of exercise. I'm going to try power lifting! Crazy. Anyway, you continue to be my inspiration...congrats again!!!

  3. Thanks ladies! I usually stall for about 3 weeks then start dropping lbs again. I've been thinking about eating more too but it's so hard when your brain is screaming " NO too much!"
