Goal Progress 5/10

1. Eat out less then 25 meals:  No eating (out) here tonight, no eating (out) here tonight!  haha I <3 Finding Nemo...but really we didn't eat out at all on Tuesday!  7 meals total.

2. At least 25 days with a 750+ calorie burn:
     Breakfast: oatmeal w/milk, chopped apple & brown sugar = 285 calories
     Lunch: greek yogurt, fruit cup & smartfood = 320 calories
     Dinner: citrus shrimp pasta & broccoli = 478 calories
     Snacks: mint chip ice cream = 190 calories
     Totals: 2167 burned - 1273 eaten = 894 total burned, 8 days total 
3. Complete 1500 fitness minutes:  I am having a hard time motivating myself to work out now that I'm not training for anything, I need to find something new to work towards.  I don't have any desire to do a half marathon but a 5k really doesn't require much prep anymore...suggestions please!  But back to last night, after failing to run or bike I decided to try out my new Just Dance 2 game that Christina gave me for my birthday.  It is my new favorite thing!  I LOVE it!  The first few songs were awkward kind of like when you start dancing at a club or wedding but once I got into it there was no stopping me!  I did 9 songs in about 45 minutes and my heart was definitely pounding.  I think this will be my new go to at home workout.  407 minutes total.  
4. Drink 64oz of water every day:  Finished before I left the office.  10 days total.

5. At least 25 days with 30 minutes of house work:  I cleaned up the kitchen after Joe cooked dinner & folded some laundry before bed.  I really need to branch out to other areas of the house but it seems like those jobs always need attention.  7 days total.
