Goal Progress 5/15

1. Eat out less then 25 meals:  Joe and I went to breakfast across the street with Lou, Nicole & Jack.  We also had Janey's rehearsal dinner (post to come) that night so it was another day with 2 meals out :-( 13 meals total.
2. At least 25 days with a 750+ calorie burn:
     Breakfast: egg white, tomato, cheese & onion omelet with homes fries and rye toast = 574 calories
     Lunch: 0 calories
     Dinner: riesling, dinner roll, saucy shrimp & scallops, lily's salmon= 993 calories
     Snacks: 0 calories
     Totals: 1703 burned - 1567 eaten = 136 total burned, 10 days total  
3. Complete 1500 fitness minutes:  We planned on getting a workout in on Sunday morning but woke up too late.  527 minutes total.

4. Drink 64oz of water every day:  Another day when I almost didn't make it.  I had to drink 40oz after 7pm...  15 days total.

5. At least 25 days with 30 minutes of house work:  It was such a long weekend and we were so tired by Sunday night that there was no way any cleaning was getting done.  9 days total.
