Goals - starting 2/1/11 - ending 2/28/11
1. Read 2 books - I usually read a lot in the summer but drop off during the winter. I have a Kindle that's with me all the time, it's time to start using it more.
2. Total burn of at least 750 calories a day for at least 20 of 28 days - I made it through last month's 500 calorie burn but just barely and I didn't lose any weight so I'm raising the bar this month.
3. 1000 fitness minutes & I'm not allowed to count walking at the restaurant - I just barely made this one last month as well but I felt good about my workouts so we're going to try it again.
4. Eat 1 fruit or veggie with each meal for 20 of 28 days - I went around and around with this. Did I want to make it a rule everyday? Did I want to make it for just a certain number of meals? I finally settled on doing it most of the month...we'll see...
5. 10 spend-free days - I was a colossal failure with my spending in January. I brought the bar down a little, baby steps...
OMG, those spend free days kicked my butt. This month for me is going to be able being reasonable with spending.
ReplyDeleteAnd question, it is possible for me to buy you a book for your kindle as a gift? How would I go about doing that? I had an idea and didn't want to bother with a hard copy since you have your reader!
