weekly goals - 5/14-20

Monday - workout - Cardio Blast Abs (check), dinner - Panko Crusted Chicken Stuffed with Ricotta, Spinach, Tomatoes and Basil (check)

Tuesday - workout - Boot Camp rest day (10,030 steps), dinner - Pasta with Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Red Onions (check)

Wednesday -workout - Cardio Kick N Step rest day (11,189 steps), excitement - new couches getting delivered and a Phillies game, dinner - crock pot chicken & rice (check)

Thursday - workout - Pump N Step insanity, dinner - sweet potato perogies & roasted veggies leftovers

Friday - workout - rest day (10,000 steps) boot camp, excitement - thirty-one show manicure/pedicure w/Kat, dinner - leftovers sushi

Saturday - workout - Shirley Mae walk 8 mile walk, excitement/dinner - AtlantiCare Gala (check)

Sunday - workout - exercise w/Joe rest day (11,552 steps), excitement - Phillies Game & new coffee table, dinner - out for Mother's Day (check)

All in all not a bad week.  I still managed to get 4 workouts in even if they weren't the same ones I had planned.  I'm also really proud that I (basically) stuck to my meal plan!

dinner - sweet potato perogies & roasted veggies

Friday
workout - AM run w/Joe
excitement - Kat's Bachelorette Weekend
dinner - order in w/girls

Saturday
workout - rest day (10,000 steps)
excitement - Kat's Bachelorette Weekend
dinner -Buddakhan w/girls

Sunday
workout - rest day (10,000 steps)
excitement - making Save The Dates
dinner - Pizza w/STD helpers
