I started off with an whole wheat english muffin, tablespoon of peanut butter, banana & 8 chocolate chips = 354 calories. It's a really nice mix of flavors and a change from the standard egg sandwich I usually have.

Once I got to work it was time for coffee! We have a Keurig in our break room so I get all my own fancy flavored coffee (it makes me very popular with coworkers). I'd also like to introduce you to my water cup. It's from one of our vendors & I love it! It's 16 ounces, so I make sure to fill it up 3 times a day. Those 6 servings plus the bottle of water I drink at lunch get me my 64 ounces! I ran to the bank after work and then it was time for group power at the gym. I was a little bummed because all of my gym buddies were MIA. I did get to chat with Amanda since she was teaching, it was good to see her, we hadn't met up in more then a week! That's a long time for us! My workout was good except I somehow managed to forget to pack athletic socks & a sports bra in my gym bag; I had to work out in black trouser socks (thankfully I brought long pants so it wasn't obvious) & my VS bra! I'm even a little sore today, I love this feeling!
I took out a pound of ground turkey before I left for work that morning but couldn't decide what to do with it, I'd been debating all day. I decided baked ziti would be a good choice = 502 calories per serving (thanks to the spark recipe calculator). Plus there's so much left over I won't have the cook the rest of the week!
We also opened a bottle of red wine; I don't drink very often (too many empty calories) so this one glass went straight to my head! I was a giggly mess the rest of the evening.

Daily wrap up:
1. completed 60 fitness minutes
2. I'm not good with serving sizes for fruits/veggies but I think I only got 4 servings yesterday.
3. 64 ounces of water...check
4. Tracking - 2380 calories burned - 1298 calories eaten = total 1082 calories burned
5. I didn't do anything overly relaxing.
6. No weigh in until Friday.
LoL a giggly mess! Great day! I had pumpkin coffee from Kreig today too and it was delicious! I estimate veggie servings too. Way to go on the calories burned! Awesome!

ReplyDeleteP.S. My friend Beth realized 1/2 a mile into our 5k last weekend that she didn't wear a sports bra. Don't do that Thursday.
