In real life, I assure you, there is no such thing as algebra. ~ FL

Even though I had a relaxing weekend & far too much free time on my hands I still wasn't ready for Monday.  I think the problem is that I have BIG things to accomplish and I keep pushing them aside.  Like, perhaps I should have spent some of Saturday or Sunday's downtime reviewing the math section of my GMAT review book.  I'm panicking a little because the test is less then 3 weeks away and I've barely glanced at the material.  Plus my weekends are really filling up so I'm not going to have a lot time the next few...I need to prioritize!

We are supposed to have cooler weather this week so I was happy to wear some of my sweaters a few more times before they need to be packed away.  I found this one in my closet on Friday when Nicole & I were putting together my swap donations.  I hadn't tried it on in a while because it was super tight the last time I had worn it (at least a year ago).  We deemed it a keeper and I made a mental note not to forget about it again.  My plan was to wear it with navy dress pants but they were in the wash & wouldn't be dry before I had to leave for work.  I was afraid these tan pants might make me a little too "beige man" but it seems to be working.  The shoes are Naturalizer, they're one of the less comfortable pairs I own but I'm trying to be an equal opportunity wearer, lol.
I was excited to have some oatmeal with craisins for breakfast.  I decided to make a 1/2 cup this time because I was hungry a little earlier then I'd like on Friday.  I'll have to work on the ratio because it was a little drier then I like plus I used a whole serving of craisins (1/3 cup) and it was way too much. = 406 calories.
My morning went by quickly (writing 3 blog posts will do that).  Plus I had a meeting off site at work which is always a nice change of pace and makes time fly by.  I had lunch at my desk again, it doesn't make sense to sit in the lunch room by myself when I could read the news and such at my computer.  = 311 calories.
My stomach started growling around 3pm so I broke open a bag of Quaker True Delights blackberry pomegranate crisps, you get 13 for 110 calories!
After work I was off to the gym for group power.  Amanda was teaching and decided to use an older release to change things up.  I don't remember these routines being as hard as they seem now when we revisit them, maybe because I'm using more weight?
Joe got out of work even earlier then scheduled and was feeling a lot better so he decided to make us dinner!  He needed to stop at Shop Rite to pick up stamps for my birthday brunch invitations (I'll show them off tomorrow or the next day, I forgot to take a picture...) and found a recipe for garlic scallops over pasta.  Dinner was so delicious and super low in calories ony 348!
My Tab case had also been delivered!  It looks so fancy & safe in its new house.  The only problem is that my purse is too small to jam all this stuff in it; time to get a new one!  I showed Joe how squished everything is getting and I think he agreed I may need to get something bigger.  I spent some time looking online but it's so hard to judge how big they really are on most sites.  Plus I don't want anything so cavernous that it's hard to find everything.  Maybe I'll get some time to go out to the mall on Sunday...  For now I'm using a giant old brown Steve Madden hobo I got a year or so ago, it's definitely big enough but the opening is small and hard to see into.
We spent the rest of the evening addressing invitations and watching tv.  Joe even tricked me into watching a hockey game that wasn't the Flyers!  I had a decent number of calories left so I made a bag of popcorn.  Joe says he picked me up the healthiest kind he could find :-) = 75 calories for the whole bag!  I find it so interesting that the calories go way gown once the kernels are cooked...
We had a nice relaxing night.  I really enjoy being home with Joe, it's nice to not have any major plans or places to go sometimes.

How did I do on my March goals?
1. Read 2 books:  I read a few chapters of Unbearable Lightness before class.
2. Burn at least 750 calories a day for at least 25 days: 2256 burned - 1250 eaten = 1006 burned, 15 days total
3. 1200 fitness minutes: 60 minutes today, 1053 total for month
4. Eat 1 fruit or veggie with each meal for at least 20 days:  craisins w/breakfast, apple w/lunch & nothing w/dinner, 14 days total
5. 15 spend free days - didn't purchase anything :-)  6 days total...
